FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
LFIC-06 Cotton Inserter is widely used in cotton inserting into a bottle, in which tablets, pills, capsules or other dry medicament are filled, which is mainly used in pharmaceutical, healthy care, foodstuff and other industries.

Servo-motor and LFIC control system make sure accurate controlling. The machine also has compact configuration, elegant structure and convenient operation.

The Cotton Inserter can be joined with Automatic electric/capsule counter, Capper, Sealer, Labeler, and cartoner to accumulating to a complete packaging line. It also can be used with other industry machines.  
WORKING PROCESS

Cotton A is driven by roller B, then send forward. The cotton is cut down and send to C working position under the pressure of roller B2 where D cylinder inserts cotton A into the insert pipe 1 from the bottom, then it turns around from pipe 1 to pipe 2 as shown in the picture above. When machine detects cotton, it turns to pipe 3, the cotton is inserted into bottle by another cylinder.
