FUNCTION AND PURPOSE
LFUT-08/12 turntable is applicable to automatic sorting and durable round bottle range, which are mainly used in pharmaceutical, health care, food and other industries.
Easy machine operation, installation, transportation, low maintenance and convenient removal, etc. The speed of the machine is adjustable and has bottle feeding and bottle accumulation functions to meet various customer requirements.
The turntable can be attached with an electric/capsule automatic counter, capper, sealer, labeler and cartoner to accumulate on a complete packaging line. It can also be used with other machines in the industry.
WORKFLOW
Put the product into the main machine manually, according to the product specifications to screw the speed of the turntable to supply the bottles, rotating the bottle according to the requirements of the electronic control system through the regulator to the set speed, export to the next working procedure (conveyor).
