1. Working principle
Bottles are loaded onto the feeding platform, then delivered to the infeed screw, which drives bottles into the infeed star wheel one by one. Bottles are moving to the main rotary turret that exist six cameras to detect foreign matter, liquid level, defective bottle body and cap. Unqualified products will be rejected via star wheel to the rejection bin, while qualified products will be sent out to the collection tray. The electronic control system performs real-time control feedback through the sensors and cameras in each part to realize full automation.
(1) Structural Innovation
The electronic control part is placed on top and the integrated design of this machine greatly minimize the space and avoid the risk of water cleaning.
With camera to detect the bottom of bottles: if there is crack at the bottom, the bottle will be rejected automatically before entering the rotary turret. This can avoid broken bottle or liquid leakage during the operation, which is a creative measure of preventing broken bottles.
The operating platform is designed according to the sealing process (IP55 compliance). This design can make sure that spare parts will not be damaged due to the liquid leakage of broken bottles, and it is easier to clean and maintain, which is time-saving and high working efficiency. The sophisticated spindle suspension structure ensures accurate and smooth operation of the machine.
(2) Line Integration
The front and rear ends of each equipment are reserved channel ports to connect upstream and downstream machines. Automatic line integration not only improves the product quality and generates greater value for customers, but also greatly relieves the increasing labor pressure.
