High-speed & high-quality image collection gives a clear view of foreign particles.Servo-controlled In-feeding screw and star wheels ensure vials/ampoules, assisted by vacuum, to guarantee a smooth transfer and reduce the risk of damaging vials/ampoules.

lAutomatic Rejection

Unqualified vials/ampoules are rejected in three ways for the user to have precise control of the upstream process operating conditions via clear information of reject quantity in each reject classification.

Electric cabinet installed on top of the machine and cover sealing of operating station (meeting IP65 regulations) ensures no liquid leakage in case of a damaged bottle. It enables operators to clean swiftly, safely and it improves work efficiency and helps ensure product quality.
