WORKING PRINCIPLE 

Bulk bottles are loaded into the hopper (A) manually, and then fed into the unscrambling station (B) by the elevator, where the pre-sorter disc and flexible paddle wheel (C) are located. With the help of the aforesaid devices the bottles are oriented and delivered to the moving clamping belt (D). To properly space the bottles, they are transferred to another faster moving clamping belt (E), which holds and carries the bottles, passing through the bottle inverter and erector. The upright bottles are transferred onto the downstream conveyor via the clamping conveyor (F) at the same speed which prevents the bottles from falling down.

PERFORMANCE

The unscrambler LFU-25C is a reliable, high performance machine, designed in conformance with current and proposed GMPs. Having a small footprint due to compact design, it is effective in maintaining the integrity of a clean room environment. Few change parts are needed for different bottle sizes (only the pre-sorter disc), and change parts are easy to dismantle and assemble, which ensures rapid size changeover and reduces the changeover downtime.
