Liquid leak detection primarily focuses on identifying potential leaks in the upper unfilled portion of the bottle body.

Operating Principle of Automatic Leak Detection Machine LFIV-25

The main stage in pharmaceutical packaging is to ensure the integrity and safety of products. To achieve this, we have implemented an advanced automated leak detection mechanism, involving the continuous conveyance of various bottle molds to the LFIV-25, such as granule medicine bottles, vial bottles, or lyophilized medicine bottles. In this process, the module above the inspection machine descends, securely sealing the medicine bottle within the chamber and laying the foundation for subsequent inspections.

 

Throughout this process, the transportation of medicine containers undergoes a series of precise steps, including "vacuum extraction—pressure maintenance—differential pressure sensing feedback." Through a highly sensitive detection system, we can determine whether there are leaks in the bottle body and cap, ensuring the high quality and safety of the products.

 

For those products that do not pass the inspection, the automated leak detection mechanism facilitates automatic rejection, ensuring that only products meeting the standards proceed to subsequent production stages. 

 

The LFIV-25 is capable of inspecting pharmaceutical bottle packaging across 2 specifications:

Solid Bottle Packaging:

1) Plastic bottle packaging (for pills, tablets, capsules, powders, etc.)

2) Lyophilized powder (as in vial bottles)

Liquid Bottle Packaging:

1) Unfilled plastic bottle packaging (for suspensions, oral liquids, etc.)
